About the F Project Residence

The F Project Residence is a welcoming home within a volunteer-run art space, offering a unique blend of comfort and creativity. The house features a kitchen, dining room, lounge, and three bathrooms—two located downstairs. Upstairs, you'll find five spacious bedrooms and an additional bathroom.

With seven beds (including two king beds that can be split into singles), the residence comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests, making it a great choice for groups and families.

Each bedroom is named in tribute to Fletcher Jones, a Warrnambool icon, reflecting the history of craftsmanship:

The Space

The F Project Residence is part of a vibrant Artist-Run Initiative, surrounded by a gallery, shop, artist studios, and a workshop space. This unique accommodation was designed primarily for artists-in-residence, but is also open to travelers, creatives, and anyone looking to experience Warrnambool’s cultural scene.

One of its hidden gems is the stunning, expansive garden, offering a peaceful retreat—right in the heart of town.

Guests have full access to the residence, including shared on-site parking (also used by the adjacent artist studios). The house is located in the heart of Warrnambool, making it an easy walk to the CBD and beyond.
